Back again at Cork & Fork, High Point Brewing Company, Butler NJ, is America’s premier brewer of German-style Lagers and Wheat Beers. Since 1996, the founder and driving force of Ramstein Beer has been Greg Zaccardi, an award-winning brewer who trained and brewed professionally in southern Germany. After immersing himself in German brewing culture and technique, Greg returned to the United States to brew Ramstein Beer.

After a one year hiatus, he's back! From Englewood NJ, Chef Ray has had a long and varied career. Classically trained, he has spent many years as cook, chef, restaurant manager and most recently as the chef and proprietor of Morrsitown NJ's Washington Street Bistro. Ray now focuses his culinary skills solely on private and corporate catering.
